Your 12 week wellness program helps you identify what you are ready and willing to change to take charge of your health. You will then be encouraged to choose goals to accomplish each week that lead to success. There is no “one size fits all” - your goals will be individual to you, starting from exactly where you are right now and stepping towards where you want to be.

ABOUT HEATHER
“As a certified Wellcoaches® health and wellness coach for the past 7 years, my passion is to partner with men and women to prioritize their health, achieving sustainable weight loss, healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle.
I obtained my Bachelors in Sports Science and my Ph.D in Exercise Physiology from Loughborough University in England and have lived in the Detroit area for the past 25 years. For 10 years, I worked in the field of preventive cardiology involved in the clinical research of treatments for heart failure. My husband and I love to hike, getting away to mountains, canyons and spending time with family and friends. ”
